Two remote turn-ons

Hi there. I'm trying to figure out the safest, most cost-effective way to wire two amps, particularly, the remote-turn-on wires. I have seen a lot of stuff saying just wire both wires to the H-U remote turn on, while others say it can burn out the H-U. I'll be using 2 300w RMS amps if it makes any difference...

I don't see any reason that it wouldn't be safe to do it that way. It's just a 12v signal for turn on. You could always do a relay though.

You will be fine with the 2 amps wired up to your head unit's remote turn on. Add more amps and processors and you'll want to add a relay.

My last system had 3 amps and a crossover all sharing the same remote turn on and I had no problems. I'm going to use a relay this time, but I'm also going to be using 4 amps, 1 eq ,its controller and a still to be determined number of cooling fans.

Really won't matter, but if you wanted it to make yourself feel better, yes.
