thoughts on D3

i plan on doing some competing in dbdrag next year and i wanted to hear any experiences any of you have had with this amp.

I personally have not messed with a D3, but I have seen one of the few mythical D4s and it is truly monsterous and is supposedly doing 12,000, but the D2 is a very popluar amp for competitors, but there have been rashes of durability probelms from what I know, Rangerman currently owns a few D2's, and I believe that the D3 is really a D2 + D2 inside

well actually i heard the d2 keeps right up with the d3 until you drop it to a .25ohm load,but not many of us will do that.i say keep the d2 and look for another one.

what defj makes sence, I have not heard both head to head though, but it would be cool B)
