payment and contact information

Unlike most internet companies I prefer to speak with my customers in person or over the phone. This way no one sits and waits and wonders if I recieved their message. If I am online feel free to ask a question on the forum, but the fastest way to contact me is over the phone. I can be reached 9am though 8pm central standard time 7 days a week.

My cell is (985)630-9442 if I don't answer I am probally working on a vehicle but I will respond quickly normally with a few minutes or an hour.

At the moment I do accept all major credit card but will have paypal set up in a few days.

Before I recieve any funds from a customer I will speak to them over the phone, then send an invoice and blueprint of the enclosure via e-mail or fax. Then I will confirm the order over the phone again just to make sure everyone is happy. Then as soon as the product ships out I will notifiy the customer by phone or e-mail with a tracking number the same business day.

The thing I hate the most about companies in our industry is customer service. There is no need to wait anxiously for a reply to an e-mail. Even if you are not a customer of mine and need help feel free to contact me 7 days a week 9am-8pm central time at (985)630-9442
