You're tuning a bit high for where the Q is supposed to thrive at.

Those amps are decent if you can get one at a good price. There might be other options depending on what you are paying for it. . .

I'm the friend in question. I got the amp BNIB for $175, cheapest I found online was I think $230. It's 1000w@1ohm, not very large and the cheapest 1000w I think can be found without a deal, before I was offered this amp we were looking at a Hifonics monoblock. I have a BXI608 that I can't say anything bad about but I would bet this XT2000D is much higher quality. Right now for the box, I'm looking at 1.876ft^3@32hz with two 3" ports. What if we planned around using flared ports, how much could I cut the port length down? Curve in WINISD looks very impressive for sure. I'm not sure if the box I designed will actually fit in the truck yet, but if anyone wouldn't mind throwing those numbers into WINISD and double checking, I've entered T/S specs incorrectly before. Any input is greatly appreciated, this build is going to be an even tighter squeeze than my Jeep and I don't want to build two of these boxes.

Of course if anyone has any 1st gen AA Assassin's, maybe I could convince my friend to run 6 8's or something. I have two of these little guys sitting around looking sad and un-used.
