HID brands and Power

I am wanting to order HID's on Friday, but am no sure what brand to get. I am pretty set on 4300k-4500k since they are brightest and white.

These are two I am looking at.

Thought and opinions please.

My other option is getting a shop out here to install a set for around $200. I think it will have a warrenty, idk yet.

I prefer the kits that TRP is selling in the pinned topic. So far i've bought four sets for my cars and loving them. Great quality IMO.
