hey guys i know this is going to sound dumb, but i have received my tracking number a while ago and it has not changed from "billing information recieved". i have read the post about orders and what not and have even emailed sales and the other one but no answer i was wondering if anyone could tell me what to do ? thnks for all the help

How long has it been since you received your tracking number?

Also, remember it's the weekend, Sunday nonetheless! I'd guess it will only take another day or so.

What is "a bit"?

And from personally experience, it usually only takes a business day or two after you receive the tracking information.

I wouldnt worry too much. Mine never changes till two weaks after I received my goods. The only notification that was on time is the day they picked the goods from old Scott.

sometimes tracking nubmers arent updated. Ive seen this with both USPS and UPS... why i dont know but every so often (say 1% the tracking number doesn't update for me)

Build process can last up to 7 business days depending on what you ordered, when you ordered, and how busy we are.

When it is ready it will be in the pickup with UPS, until then it is going to say 'billing information received'

mine took about a week to be built and a week to get to my house Las Vegas to Michigan.

I ordered a recone before Friday the 13th, may have been monday the 9th.

I received a UPS tracking # on the 17th. It stated " Scheduled Delivery: 20-March-2009 "

Still does. it's been 2 weeks.

ugh.... I jus gotta b patient...

still says " Billing information has been sent to UPS. Check site later for updated shipment status or contact shipper for more details. "

I told them to get a sexy office runner, but i suppose times are tought now. If no mail response is received then keep bugging them. Ive had the same thing where they sometimes didnt get my mail(suposedly) I think he mentioned that if you have a funny mail address like [email protected] that the mail will get filtered..

I'm going to take a stab: every 2 weeks UPS comes to pick stuff up. If you order the day before, your stuff may get shipped the next day. I take that back, cuz it took 1 week before there was even an original UPS scan and email. If your order is PLACED the day before UPS comes, then your item may be picked up by UPS the next day. I'm gonna guess worse-case-scenario is mine: I called in, almost a week later they filed it with UPS. UPS sent me the tracking number. It sat there for 2 weeks. UPS picked it up yesterday with the rest of the bulk.

Jus guessin. I've been waiting about 3 weeks.

frustaration is setting in looks like my build date is going to have to be puched back another 3 weeks because there is no way im getting them anytime soon for some reason and my email still hasnt been answered yet
