C&D Tech batteries- would u buy them

I have found these locally for one hell of a deal. I have read mixed reviews on them and was wondering if you would buy them to use. They are brand new and can get them for around 100 a piece. sealed agm 95ah at 20hr rate, 350watt at 15min.

Now I know these are'nt powermasters, but the slide easily into budget and actually let me buy more fuse holders and wire if they'll work.

I wouldn't bother. You want something specific to a vehicle environment. There's temperature extremes, vibrations, spikes, etc. . . I'm sure they're not made to handle the charging system of a vehicle either. You have to think about more than just cost.

Well that's one reason why I am asking. I really don't want to buy a yellow top. Have seen some people using them with no problems but trying to get a more overall opinion. Have also looked at Deka intimidators.

I got my two for free, I've seen people use them and work pretty fine.

And to the OP, Dekas are very worth the money. Don't hesitate on them because they are only like 80 bucks more shipped at remybattery.com. Don't get yellowtops, they are way over priced.

One as a rear bat, in my personal car, two for the geo, one for a Volkswagen golf. All were 12 volt sysytems, stock electrical, and Big three on my car. I only paid 100 per batt, so i have nothing to complain about.
