I was wondering if you guys would see the benifit of a sports/fitness/nutrition section?

Steveo could run it

just wondering, I know a few of you lift (including me)

post up your thoughts and ideas if you feel its worth it, if not thats ok too

Would be kind of cool if there was enough interest.

Sports, fitness, nutrition, injuries, etc.

Maybe rid of one or two sections that don't get used much, or even combine them (or combine a new one with others) ... so we don't wind up with 8 million boards. I don't know if there is enough interest to warrant a seperate section, but we'll see.

im with Ryan, i have no motivation

and i have put on a few pounds since the end of high school season, so i could become interested i guess

You're not allowed to buy or sell a car or piece of mobile electronics equipment until you've worked out for 10 days straight.

Bitch ;)

Tough to motivate someone over the internet, but I can offer some suggestions.

Haven't worked out in about 5 years and I'm still at 3% body fat.

:ohsnap::faintthud: that is really really low, I can train for a competition and only hold 4 to 6% for about 10 days
