RL-i10 vs FI SSD 10 vs Re Se 10

Recommended Posts

SPL and sealed aren't really conducive to each other.

The Fi SSD or Rli10 will be better than the RE. Personally I'd lean towards the Rli, but either will be impressive.

The rl-i's can take quite a beating. some people have put 1000 watts on them and they take it. You have to know what you are doing though.

I would stay away from the kicker L7 but thats me.

i love the rl-i, i've given my 8" version 1700wrms, although it hated it. small and sealed enclosures it works very well in.

the kicker sub is way more at home in a ported box. will work in a sealed one, but don't like them, unless they are of the larger variety.

the ssd has proven iteself among the internet crowd. i have no experience with them, so no real useful info.

the only re product i've played with was an xbl^2 xxx, and i like my soundsplinter rl-p better. not saying re is a bad product, but from experience, there is better out there for the money.

wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :slayer:

the ssd can handle a lot and can get loud off of little power as well. you wont be disappointed with the SSD.

I think I have replied to this topic on multiple other forums now. And my input has pretty much been summed up above. Both the RL-i and SSD are great choices, one can take a little more power then the other, but it really is a win win once you dial in your needs from your driver.
