I'm going crazy. My Q should have shipped on the 20th according to my UPS quantum and it still hasn't. I mean, it is all I have left to do my install to make my car go from sounding like to :bigclap:

on your tracking for ups does it say "billing information received" or "in transit"

Im going thru bass withdraws as well.....i ordered mine on the 16th and its not on its way yet...

Still only billing received. Scott sent me an email that said it should have shipped today, but it hasn't yet according to UPS. My car came with a dumb 10" 150 rms or w/e sub in a chintzy plastic box that isn't even airtight. WTB uber bass again! I've been without good bass since my coils died on my old subs and had to spend my stereo money on a wedding, heh.

Oldskool i remember reading that but according to the statement it says it only takes 2-3 days to complete the order and after that it should be in transit if were both getting only billing info recieved after 1.5 weeks when are we supposed to expect the sub to come in.

Like he said, according to that it would have been in UPS hands 4 days ago. I figure they got a ton of extra Q orders from the free BP on top of whichever one of them(can't find the damn thread) started the new job. As long as it gets to my door before Tuesday next week, I'll be good. Otherwise, I won't have time to install it between my vacation out of town and then working like a dog when I come back for the next 3 weeks.

Let me know where it says 2-3 days so I can change that one Front page on the site is 3-7 business days. With the amount of sales we do a day, there simply is no way to knock things out in 2-3 anymore. We have to batch run things in the machine shop in 2 day intervals even with the 2 CNCs fixtured for the same parts.

Its probably about time to make a big front page ordering info section to clarify the time frames and UPS shipping.
