I Want A Quick Project Do Do Under $60

Carpeting,Paint,Stencil, Spray On Bedliner ?

i always liked the look of steve meades boxes...the textured type of paint, just seal up all cracks and screws with some type of bonder or w/e and do that.

Yea I believe he uses vortex spray on liner.

I used flek paint from walmart about 4 dollars a can I used 3 after sanding and rounding off the corners. matches my seats pretty well and is durable.

Thanx Guys Im GOing To Run up To Walmart And See What Kind Of Textured Spraypaint They Have.

Also Im Gonna Go To The Arts And Craft Section And See If I Can Buy Some Foam To Make Some 3d Logo Pop Out Stencil So I Can Make A Logo Of FI Car Audio To Put On My Box

And More Ideas Are Certainly Welcome

Ok so i was looking at my box and an idea came to me. First off i wanted to put a Plexiglas on the top of the box so you can see the inside. Something along the lines of 17"X13". I would have to use several sheets so it could come out to a thickness of approx 1/2 because i don't want it to flex. Next i would paint the inside white and put a black light in there so everything would glow and paint the outside black like i had originally planned. One question though.....Will the florescent black light be able to survive inside the box??

i wouldnt layer plexi to get your thicknes might make a slapping noise. neons might work but if you can get leds go that route.

Will just one layer of Plexiglas glass work? The only one i could find at my home depot was about an 1/8 of an inch thick and I'm concerned it might flex. Do they make it in different thicknesses?

Order online. I don't have any recommended vendors, but a quick Google for "plexiglass" led me to this.

Im located in Katy Texas. Do you have some plexiglass? I was thinking of enbeding out a design or something so that the letters will glow when there presented to light.

you should try to get some 1/2in lexan over plexiglass although it cost more but is more durable and will withstand more abuse

Well i got the front baffle made and i ordered a sheet of 3/4 inch Plexiglas. Sanded the big guy down real good and rounded down all the corners. I painted the inside white but it doesnt glow under the black light like I had originally planned. Guess I'm going to head up to the local hobby lobby and see if they have any florescent paint.
