1/0 gauge wiring.

Im looking to do the Big 3 upgrade on my car but I really dont want to spend alot of money on 1/0 gauge wiring. Does anybody know of a good place to get it from cheap, or is anybody have some lying around they want to get rid of...a couple pieces here and there of like 4-5 feet is fine. let me know. I want to get prepared before my sub comes in on monday the 23rd.

thats perfect thanks. im upgrading mainly because of the car being a 95 but for my power and ground inside the car do you think sticking with my 4 gauge is good enough for a 15" fi ssd?

If your amp can fit 1/0 then yes.

if your amp is pushing 1000 and less than sure 4 gauge would be fine but if you're planning on upgrading then go ahead and do 0 gauge so that you don't have to buy new wires again. I had to do that. but luckily my girlfriend needed the 4 gauge had wasn't needing anymore.

Can 2 gauge wire be used instead of 1/0 gauge wire?

Trail is a good guy who will dang near bend over backwards

to hook you up proper.

With a H/O alternator you'll want the biggest gauge you can run.

I recommend 1/0 with 4ga. tied into the fuse box, starter, you know the rest....

you can get some welding wire from welding supply places. It's normally a fair bit cheaper than car audio 1/0.
