damn thats alot of power your trying to put into those....i believe you'll be safe if your car is 12 volt since you didnt say in your description....you'll be pushing it though if your car is 14.4......

There's a chance they may survive on a burp (however small), but there's no way on a bass race. You'd want the BTL's, anyway, they're more sensitive and can handle the power.

Is there a reason you are only interested in the Q 15's? There are other 15's on here that are better suited for that amount of power.

The Q's have more Xmax from BL and 1mm less Xmax for BTL.I want them for music and low music.I saw some videos at youtube and i like the Q's.

You shouldn't be deciding what subwoofers to buy based off of what you saw on some shitty youtube video dude.

You have too much power for those woofers. Either choose a different amp and run the Q's, or buy the BTL's. Xmax has nothing to do with how loud you *Might* get btw.

I like the Xmax of subwoofers.I have a pair of DBXi EArthquake and i like them. Now im searching for another pair of subs that they will give me that i want.I will listen the Q's and the BTL's and i will deside for what subs are more good for my opinion...

So you're buying a subwoofer based on how it looks when it is playing music? I did own a Q and I loved it. Just look around before you make this bad decision. Get the BTL's with the Hixmax coils.

If you really want the Q's fine, for short playing sessions you will probably get away with the 3400 watts for the both of them, but if you are doing all the electrical upgrades you should be doing, you will be running at ~14 volts, therefore putting more than double the rms on each woofer, not a good idea, I'm all for overpowering speakers, but if you are looking for daily pounding, that's way too much power, if you don't believe us then call Fi, or e-mail them, they will tell you go for the BTL's as well with that much power, of course you could get some beefed up BL's, and as long as you are careful you may be able to get away.

Qs wont like that much power for bass race. Frankie Rios is using Qs in his setup, but he doesnt quite have that much power per sub. He has more than proven that they are solid drivers for the application. But they do have limits. He was louder with his BTLs though...

1 18" BTL is not going to handle the power that two 15" BTL's can handle. for that amp, all that power, you need two BTL's, doesn't matter what size you go with, its their motor, and physical abilities that you need. the size of the woofers has more to do with how much space you have for a box.
