is paypal safe from hackers? im not familiar with paypal, but i know that its risky when you give your creditcard number in the net.

Paypal is one of the most secure, most used way to pay.

The only way it will not be secure is if you are dealing with a person and not a business and they scam you or if you have a keylogger/virus on your computer that will grab your info.

They take 3-5 days to move funds and it takes that long to put funds in. Scammers won't mess with this because it's not quick enough for them generally.
