mainly just looking at the deals they have at circuit city, being they are going out of business

theres an onkyo ht-3100B for $239

then there was a panasonic sa-pt660, didnt get the price on that

samsung ht-z510 - $183

samsung ht-as720s (no price on that)

sony str-kg700 no price on that either

any opinions?

I got a Pioneer reciever, 5 speaker sony surround and hdmi upconvert dvd player for $100.

look for the cheapest one you can find. if you have to buy a htib you shouldn't split hairs over which one just get the best deal you can.

ended up getting the panasonic sc-pt760, $299 bux

5 disc dvd, ipod dock, wireless rear speakers, works/sounds good enough for me
