Would it be better to but 45's here or would it be bad? The pics will explain it better.

There are two, one on each side of the port. The box is 48" wide and the port is at the bottom in the middle, and is 30" wide.

There is a 45 on the back opposite of these.

Those wouldn't disrupt any airflow there. It looks like you're using resin there. Why don't you fiberglass the corners?

I gobbed fiberglass in the corners on my last box, it worked but it was just quite a bit of work, and used a lot of my glass up. I'm still going to coat everything, just use mdf 45s.
