grille guides to hold the trim panel on without screws

I had to tack the panal up with screws then drill a 1/4" hole all the way through. that makes them perfectly aligned. then i had to bore out the female ends hole 2 bigger drill bits to allow it to be flushed in. took while.

haha router jig i rigged up.

unfortunatly while i was routing the damn ball bearing came off and caused the whole thing to get jacked up so i had to bodyfill it back to normal.

rabited the inside edge so the plexi can be recessed in.
