Im new here and the reason i joined is i need help desigining an enslosure for my 15" fully loaded btl.

I will be feeding it 3200 rms. i want to know what the maximum port area and box volume i should run with that much power.

I want the make this single woofer as loud as possible while still being a daily setup for music only. no fart boxes and i dont compete.

its going into a 2000 chryaler 300m (dodge intrepid) i will be facing the sub and port into the cabin sealed off from the trunk.

Me either.... But you can use this Enclosure Calculator to get the dimensions you need and then just cut the wood and make it.
