Which Fisher box?

Fisher has plans for a 4^3ft. box @35hz 62.5sq.in. port and a 4.5^3ft. box @33hz 52.5sq.in. port. The smaller box is shorter and deeper with subs front, vent front. The larger is taller and more narrow with subs top, vertical vent front.

Which would be better for my Lethal Injections (dual 12)? For everyday listening, no comp. Rock, pop, Limp Bizkit, Eminem & Kid rock are as close to rap as it gets.
