IXL18.4 (Custom?) recone options

I've got two IXL 18's, svc 4 ohm, I believe they're pre-ordered models but they've never seen power.

My cat Sandwich decided to sleep on one of them the day after I got them in the mail and caved in a nice fresh dust cap.

If I wanted to recone these to dual voice coils, either D2 if I decided to use one, or D4 if I want to use both (looking for a 1 ohm load) (the baskets have holes on the other side waiting more push terminals)...

What options do I have when it comes to getting them re coned? Cost?
