i am ordering knukonceptz 1/0 and im getting my fuses, what size should i get my fuses, i am running 2 from batt to powermaster 2400 and one from powermaster to amp.

Fuse for the wires capacity between the batteries and fuse for the amps fuse rating from the battery to the amp.

Wires have a certain amount of current they can carry, put fuses in between the batteries for the wires current capacity.

Then look in the manual of the amp you have and get the fuse rating for the amp and fuse the wire from the battery to the amp with that rating.

well i know my amp requires a 300a inside it and i dont have the manual so i guess ican look online

You just answered yourself if the amp is fused at 300 internally the wire going to the amp should be fused at 300.

oh here, for example on the hifonics 1200Watt it says Fusing:80Ax1

but on the 2600(what i have) it says Fusing: 250A(Not included)

Some people fuse alternator(+) to battery(+) and some don't. I don't. If you are its a 300 Amp

Follow Hifonics recommendations for fusing. I'm saying fuse with a 300A fuse from alternator(+) to battery(+)

and what do you mean hifonics recommendations for fusing? it only says "Fusing: 250A(Not included)"

so whould i do the 250A fuse? closer to the battery or amp? for 1/0 AWG

before i had the hifonics 2008 (2000W) and and it says "Fusing: 200A(Not included)" but the wiring kit that i had came with 4AWG and an 80A fuse.... right by the battery

Okay, the current handling capacity of a wire is going to depend on a couple things What the wire is made out of, Length of the wire, and size of the wire. For battery to alternator use either a 250A or 300A fuse. What hifonics is telling you is the recommended fusing for the amplifier and that it is not on the amplifier so you need to put it on the wire going into the amplifier. Using 4awg wire and an 80A fuse for a 2008 you were choking the amp for power I dont know how you didnt blow a lot of fuses unless you were running at 2 or 4 ohms.

(100% copper, ~15-20ft, 1/0 AWG)

so hows about a 300A to the alt

and a 250 to my hifonics BXI2608D?

Using 4awg wire and an 80A fuse for a 2008 you were choking the amp for power I dont know how you didnt blow a lot of fuses unless you were running at 2 or 4 ohms.

with my previous amp do you think i was only running it at around 880 watts? i was running it at 1 ohm...

Thats fine for fusing.

I have no idea how you had everything set up on your old amp. I just know I ran a 80A fuse to a amp that was rated for a 150A fuse and blew it no problem.

hmmmmmm we'll see

ill be in for a suprise if i was running 2 15" type Rs Sealed at 440watts each

and going to a FI BTL 15" optimumly Ported at ~2400Watts :-D hhahahahahah
