Beefy 10" woofer

What would you guys recommend for a Beefy 10 inch woofer? Its gunna be run in a standard/regular cab truck and run by a sae-1000. I was thinking a BL 10 or an icon 10 but im not sure.

I just want loud, shaking, low bass.

Any suggestions?

While the iCON sounds great, the BL has potential to get louder. I've ran a pair of 10'' iCONS off 1000w sealed and a single 10'' BL ported off 1000w and the BL is leaps and bounds louder than the pair of iCONS sealed. I know it isn't the best comparison because the iCONS were sealed and the BL was ported.....but that's my .02

mach 5 ixl if your budget isn't up for a bl or icon... although id like to know how it stands up to the icon...?

Well your right, that isn't a fair comparison. The ICON really wakes up in a ported enclosure. And from what everyone of our customers say, it really gets the low notes.

That's exactly why I couldn't recommend one or the other. And for what it's worth, both of my setups were in a reg cab truck.....so you can fit them in there no problem with some adjustments.
