IA 40.1 Repairs?

Long story short - My car was in shop and amp came back fried.

I believe that two of the FET's need to be replaced.

Where can I send the amp to get repaired properly? Someone told me a while back but I can't remember who they said to send it to. 6 months without it is starting to drive me nutz!
