Can the centre logo trim piece be rotated 180*?

Take the two screws out and it should be able to lift off and rotate.

Planning 4 amps, I want to orient them all the same way. I kind of want to have a mirror effect

Yep - that is why we started to mirror print the part number, so it looks the same either way!
