ok i live in new york and there are a few shops in manhattan that have good bargins...for example...i can get 2 jlaudio 15w3's, and epicenter, hifonics bx1500 all for $900....i think that pretty good

it may not be a 400 dollar set up but this set up u can hear for blocks i know that.
