I think they were the first ones made in Korea. Not sure though. I bought mine back in 1996 I believe.

The CFAs were all white with the yellow and black Crossfire logo. The BMFs were all gray or silver and were the predecessors to the VRs.

SAE1200D v2 if you want to change it. Based just on the guts..it's very underrated

Been thinking about modding the engine in the jeep.

Turbo is identical to the one on the isuzu 4jb1, engine capacity is similar, I bet the fuel pump is similar and that engine responds well to mods like a 2.5"-3" exhaust, bit more boost and more fuel.

Already in plan is an oil cooler and some hood vents

I take that back. I've had THREE fail on me. I bought one 5 years ago from an SPL competitor, it failed (figured it had had a hard life). Bought a new used one, it failed last winter. Had it remanufactured, it failed again yesterday.

Only amp i've ever had fail.

Hit the gym last night. My work out buddy didn't show up.

I got 8 sets of leg press in after warming up. got it done in 35 min. Not a long work out but pretty good. peaked at 990 for 7 reps. I could have gone more reps/more weight, but my tendons have gone soooooo long without that kind of stress I didn't want any damage. the muscle bellies felt like they had some more in them. Hence the number sets.

Leg workouts are killers. I can remember not being able to walk after maxing out on squats.

I haven't maxed out in years. I used to smith squat, and it bestroyed my knees by limiting motion. I could have been competetive. I was 17 doing ~720 on the smith for ~6 reps maxing at about 760.

My dead lifts are horrible though. I mean horrific, just awefull. My torso is so long it stops me from being able to get my hips under my trunk properly. If I lift the bar literally 2-3" I can add over 150-175 lbs to my deadlift sets.

bench is a little sad right now too. In my prime after I hurt my knees I could do 310 for 10, but I didn't bench too much then. I'm a bigger fan of dips/weighted dips.
