Went to the doctor again today and he said he still couldn't feel a hernia. Its been almost 2 weeks since I've hurt, and I've been doing lots of cardio. Its time to buckle down on the fitness again.

realized today I'm 21 years old and have been fighting "getting fit" since I was 15. It's time to really do this shit.

pretty soon you will be 28 and looking back at how glad you are that you did that.

On This Date...

The sensationalist factor of Fort Hood outweighs unemployment numbers, obviously

I get this feeling like they want prep this for the appearance of a terrorist attack. But as I said on CA-F, the UE news is hiding bad news behind worse news. Par for the course for our current administration.

This shit is funny.

http://www.diymobile...l-vs-butyl.html

Just in case he decides to change it.

Vibration dampers also help strengthn up the sheet metl in the doors, which provides a more stable environment for the door speakers to perform in.

Imaging installing a sub woofer in a cardboard box, and how much energy (pressure) would be lost because of how week the enclosure walls are.

Now put that same sub in an mdf enclosure and you will see an incredible difference.

Same basic concept applies here, only on a smaller level.

ANT

They never even answered to poor guys question.

i'm was really just trying to understand if the only factor here isjust mass (without regard for material/density) and the decoupler

So is 1.2lb/ft of MLV the same as 1.2lb/ft of aluminum backed butyl?

You see how CNN set it up last night? They kept making it look like there was something more then just a soldier that lost his mind.

I was a bit turned on when they found the bag in the back seat, I'm man enough to admit it.

Plus it had Bill do an EPIC death scene. OMGBBQ thats all I can say.

The movie had the same feel as "superbad" but they threw in Xbox acheivements along the way.
