i was saying if aaron moves here Sean and myself pluss the other MN boys would show Aaron a smashing good time.

I had 3 job interviews in 50 min. One of them was for the job I already have.

I became more interested in the supervisor role however. I didnt expect to want it at all.

It's a perfect fit for my skill set and now sounds interesting too boot. It stinks because of the bad blood between me and the director(person i interviewed with) One of the nicest guys, just ended up in some bad bad management mix ups with him and myself.

elephant is in the room, but its shrunk in size. More like a pocket elephant.

It was our 2 egos coliding, he was my boss but I was in the right. I let him know we did something verry wrong, he flexed his position, did some inapropriate things, but much of that i think came from above him down to me.

dont know if i can trust him, but the supervisor would be a hefty pay increase. the slightly better job would be nearly the same increase.

Right now I would like the level 2 position rather than supervisor, but im clearly much more fit to be a supervisor.

FUCK noise.

I've got an install to finish up for a girl and all of the sudden the mother of all noise starts when connecting the rca's. Everything was fine when I first connected the gear (2 amps, run off the mill pioneer hu), yesterday her systems shuts off, after 1 hour I found out the original grounding point was shit. Changed that, connected everything and yay, noise. Ran a wire from the battery to the amp grounds and the noise is there. :madsign:

Going to try the fabulous pioneer rca fix and try a good grounding point for the hu.

Any other things I can try, please shoot.

The tailgate is made out of fiberglass btw :P

it is a great party town thats true. For me I wouldnt be happy there.

Uh oh. being married may have surgically removed my party with hot chicks gland from my brain.

I used to party, and club every night.

Politics aside chicago is a cool town! I love the twin cities too. really interesting place to live. It's got to be the greenest urban area on the map.

I hope they pan out for you peng!

We always choke, but if we aren't favored and justifiable so then something is effed.

One great thing about living in the Midwest.

Here's what I made myself for dinner tonight since I am all alone.

Went to this place out in the country by my parent's house. There's a huge farm out there and they literally grow everything, including livestock. So, I picked up a pound of freshly butchered hamburger and bacona(they have an inhouse meat market and butcher on site 24 hours a day), went out back and picked a big sweet onion, some red and green peppers, a zucchini, half pound of whitecap mushrooms, a dozen ears of sweet corn, pickles, and home made mustard.

Came home, fired up the grill, soaked the corn and cooked away. So I ended up with 4 burgers, served on homemade buns which I baste with butter, garlic and parsley. Cut up the onion and pickles for condiments. Fried up the bacon in a little bit of brown sugar. Threw the corn on the grill along with the peppers and zucchini, which I basted in butter, and sprinkled with garlic and sweet basil, and sat down to a good ass grilled meal.

Tomorrow I'm heading to my favorite pizza joint for lunch. It's called Lacopos and they have the best damn pizza I've ever had. They're straight from Italy, and they have the best Italian food around here.
