Pretty much. Just a bit hair warmer than "blue" on the thicker section of the tenderloin. Only seasoned with cracked salt, and cracked pepper, nothing else.

It tasted like butter.

Mushrooms were a spritual experience too. I still have 2 more caps also. The blue on top of portabella is amazing. Never tried it before.

I have beef leftovers too. I might end up chopping it into stir fry or something tonight..... It's tender loin for christs sake, and I will be stir frying it. If it was pre cut to fillets, it probably would have be 40-60 bucks in meat left over.
