Got a truck to load it in? I've got a way to move it. :)

I have a way to haul it, but you are pretty far away. I know 15 tons is not a great amount, but the yard looks funny with out a swimming pool.

I understand. There are other members graduating right? It is always a good reason to party.

Sean, what do you think about using polyfill instead of thinsulate in the structural cavities for dealing with airborne noise ? Like you used in the truck.

It appears to have the same fiber structure.

I can't find thinsulate over here. Haven't tried to import it by myself though.

Use cotton batting :)

Does it have any problems with moisture ? Not exactly sure if there is moisture in the areas where I want to use it.

Just remembered I have a big bag of wool which I used instead of polyfill in 2 enclosures....

Yep moisture will cause problems. Wool is okay too, but cotton is better except for the moisture.

You never want to get wool wet. Aside from the shrinking, just as with cotton, it smells horrible. Ever had a wool rug cleaned?

TOnight I buy a new Battery for the motorcycle. Get some fittings to install the cooktop, and maybe use my kitchen for the first time. Sink plumbing gets done tomorrow with the father in law. I will also finish scrubbing the cabinets, and MAYBE stain and coat the new cabinet fronts too.

My kitchen is starting to look like a kitchen now. I'm so damn excited.

:stfu:

damn, you beat me to it :P

It is going to look even more like a ghetto cruiser if I get it tinted... Last year I was quoted 150 for the back 5 windows at 35% (legal kansas limit), but I'm not sure if I want it that dark or not.

35% is nothing lol

remember how dark the Imp is? that's 5% behind the B-pillar, and 15% between A and B

but it really does help during the summer

Ahhh ok. Sweet.

Tint shall be done this summer then. :) Also debating on smoking the taillights but who knows.

if you smoke 'em, go really light with it

I fucking hate driving behind cars with really dark tinted tail lights

oh let's just completely cover up one of the most important safety features...
