I was actually just joking adrian.... But yes, I do at times know some people who are like that. I am also the type who never... ever calls people. EVAR. But when I have a project I do, and ask for help, there in lies the rub though. I am always the first person to jump in and help when someone calls me, so I guess I never feel bad about asking.

Joke went past me :suicide-santa:

I guess I can say I don't call people too often asking for help...

Yeah that's exclusively in the Deep East Texas Region (Angelina, Houston, Jasper, Nacogdoches, Newton, Polk, Sabine, San Augustine, San Jacinto, Shelby, Trinity, and Tyler counties)

Well, found an R75/5 that would be a little bit of a project, but nothing I couldn't do if I took my time... /5's are just so damn cool. Hmmm...

How wide is the piece of slate? Any idea how we can cut it in half down the middle? It would probably make it easier to lift out :)

finally caught up in the H0P

Wanted to let everyone know that I am alive. Our friends beach house is now a slab. the devastation is incredible (some pics soon) around the Bolivar area.

Our house is w/o power, so I am in Austin for the weekend, heading to San antonio in the morn to get the truck worked on, and getting my exhaust redone on monday. School will hopefully start back sometime next week. All this lost time will shorten our christmas vacation, which sucks bad because I didnt get to see my friends this summer and guess I won't get to see them much this christmas either.

thats my update, hope all is well

They all had their good and bad sides.

Audi S4 -- so smooth it is almost sterile, however the fit and finish on the inside might make it the winner

The LS2 instantaneous torque on the low end, continuous smiles for a new to me car although I think the LS6 would be more fun in the long run as it begs to be left in gear longer. The dash looks like crap compared to the Audi, but so did all of the rest of the cars as well.

The 335 bites ass. I am regrettably no longer a BM'er guy

The G8 is way ass heavy and needs to shed weight. I won't own one, it isn't half the car the GTO was and I didn't particularly like the GTO.

The Jeep, well if you want a sport ute it is >>> all others. Nearly car like handling, but damnit I actually want a fucking car.

The Infinity is boring Japanese crap, if you like them I don't really like your life. Super boring.

The Lexus IS F, well it isn't worth the $63k they want for it...and it is too small. If it were a hair bigger and one could be bought for $30k I'd actually probably choose it. I hate Japanese cars though and am glad that I don't have to buy one.

I was going to look at a Charger SRT as well, but realize that it being bigger than the G8 will have no place in my life.

Verdict?

S4 or CTS will most likely end up in my garage...bittersweet either way so we shall see.
