I didn't know it, but apparently there is "virtual school" for not only high schoolers, but middle and grade schoolers as well. A coworker of mine has 4 kids ranging from age 4-10 and the three oldest are doing this virtual school. I guess they just give you a laptop and you do all your schooling at home. wtf? What about interchild relationships? If you ask me, that's too young to be doing this and it may hurt the childrens' social development.

I looked at an MB E430 the other day and noticed the build tag said "Manufactured by Daimler-Chrysler. Apparently the E-class cars were not good enough for Benz to build?

I really do like that Charger though. Might have to find one to test drive somewhere. They look awful roomy. I am in need of a big car. Sick of messing around with these little shits, and aside from the CV/Marauder/Grand Marquis, Chrysler is the only other company building a full-size vehicle with V8 power and RWD.

G8?

they aren't selling well so you could probably make a good deal with the dealership

Ha Ha. My sister has had Pontiacs for the past 10 years and all of them have been steaming piles of shit, even though all were purchased new, so Pontiac is out of the question for me.

I need some more mil-spec cable ends, and we don't have them to make the cable I want, the cable coming out of the pressure transducer is a female mil-spec end, then terminates in a f'ing PS2 computer connector. I'm not allowed to desolder the PS2 cable end and put a mil-spec end on, can't find the right PS2 adapter to bastardize either.

Fuck me.

they are made in Australia like the GTO so it's only a Pontiac in name

Surprised, Geico is good at trying to pay nothing. Hate those bastards.

Ran into that with a couple of friends from that hail storm we had earlier, bunch of bull chit is what it is.

How about Progressive? I just switched to them from Farmer's and saved 400 per year. Farmers was pretty good, I only had one claim with them (when my stereo got stolen), and they did what every insurance company should do, I had no beefs. But 400 is a lot.

It was weird seeing the breakdown of the where the premium comes from, though. With Farmers, about 280 was collision and comprehensive, whereas with Progressive it was only about 140 for those two. They were higher for bodily injury though.

I am not a big fan of them either, although they are way better than Geico. Be careful to compare your coverage carefully, both are really keen on giving you less for less.

Yeah I was wary of that as well. Everything stayed the same except bodily harm, which dropped from 100k/300k on my last insurance to 50k/150k on Progressive. But that's not a $200 difference in the premium, maybe $20.

With only 150k I'd want a big umbrella...

Around 4K, but it's more than enough to get it moving, trust me. That engine's rev-happy anyways, so if you're worried about needing the torque to move you around, you'll be in that area anyways.

It had no problems moving my Lincoln Mark VIII's around and they have similar weight. Managed to get between 26-28mpg on the highway as well.

Amazing piece of shit on the inside. :( I went and looked at one and decided it wasn't even worth the drive. The GTO is world's nicer on the inside.

Anywho, doing brake work on the Suburban. Driver's side shoe has a nice crack in it, no material left on either. Cannot imagine what the fronts are going to look like...

apparently the shoes are fine except for that crack.
