I like the red and orange car in the background much better than the rice burner in the foreground.

just the red for me plzkthx

That "riceburner" is a Nissan Skyline, and it is pure muscle, I would prefer that Orange 1971 Boss Mach One...ahhh Mustangs.....:wackit3:

lol at the way Favre is treating the Pack.

The whole thing is a mess. Some WI papaer said the pack is open to trades with MN as aparently Favre wants in MN or some such.

I think the new GTR is an amazing machine. I think they really really took a crap on the auto world though. They under rated every spec of the vehicle. I don't know it's real performance but from the Top Gear episode I saw it was a nifty unit. I doubt I would fit in it though. I'm so tall and wide, and right now fat as fawk. If I was smaller I would be taking a cayman to work.

I smoked in the BGE on saturday!

Had some guests over and our roomates of course. Ribs. I would say the best ribs I have ever made save one thing. Even though I test ran the grill for about 20 min at 250, it crept up to 300. for the first 2 hours.

I wasn't watching the egg as I thought I had the heat on the money. It resulted in some real bad char on the bottom bone side of one of the racks. It was still the juiciest best flavored ribs I think I have made in years. no boiling either. Just great smoking. I know where about to have the vents now. I will say the only thing I am pissed about is the gasket. The felt gasket must have over heated or been installed poorly. one 3 inch strip on the top was all stretched and sucky.

I am actually curious of your CA.com asking prices for a few things too, but I really shouldn't buy any of it as I have a closet full of stuff that I am not using that doesn't need to get larger.

Probably too much fuel. It takes way less than you think to do a rack, the more fuel the easier it is to make the temperature creep.

I didn't lie about the moisture retention though huh? Try smoking a rack at 300 for a while in anything else and you will have charcoal, just wait until you get her dialed and keep her at 225 for 3.5-4hrs and you will shit. I love komodo style smokers :)

Where did you get it at? If it was the KW they will give you a new gasket for sure.

Supposedly we are getting a big arse gas grill at the house for free that is in great shape but I know nothing other than that. The roomie got that as extra payment for doing a job for some guy and it is coming down to Manhattan so I finally have a gas grill to play with. I'm to damn lazy to fire up the charcoal whenever I want to grill something.

Somehow I have a feeling it isn't a frigging 1ton grill that beats all grills like you have Sean. :)

I am super happy Sean. I'm glad I asked. Again. the XL would have been nice though. I need to go get a verticle rack, I made one, but it wasn't pretty. Worked like a champ though.

I didn't even have to foil it for the second part of cooking which normaly is a must any other way. That pluss some oven wedge fries covered in garlic and olive oil. Yup. it was great.

Next time.... i'm going for Smack yo momma good.

I also plan on doing a huge beef shoulder. SHould be GREAT. I'm not sure on seasoning, but I'm excited.

A place called energy savers near my house. I'll talk to them. Really.... it doesn't affect a damn thing. I may just glue it back up.

Mine isn't a ton, but it is about a 1/3 of one. No one is going to steal it, that is for sure.

If one man can pick that up and put it in the back of a truck or trailer to steal it, I'd just let him and stay the hell away. :)
