Just saw the steaks out of that beastie thing, yuck they look completely unbrowned on the outside which is a HUGE waste of flavor.

Funny about the corners on the casserole too, any good convection system will insure that works just fine.

So I went on a binge today.

Stopped at my parent's house. My mother makes this awesome chicken casserole. She asked me if I wanted some and I obliged. Next thing I know half the casserole is gone and she's mad. Ask's me how much I had. Well, nobody else had any, and I guess there was over 6lbs total and I ate half of it. So after hearing this, I go and weigh myself and sure as chit, I was up to 139lbs! It was awesome!

Nice work. What is in it? My mom would have had the opposite reaction, though. She'd have been happy that I was eating and gaining weight.

Aside from the Chicken and noodles, I have no idea. All I know is it's good shit.

Apparently Alton himself worked with the engineers at GE to develop the oven. Dunno if thats really the case or not though

May be going to the Royals game tomorrow, and they're playing the White Sox. It's going to be hot as hell (103 last I saw I think), but seeing Griffey Jr. in action would easily be worth it.
