Okay, no just terrible at math. 200mi/12mpg = 16 2/3 gal/ week * 52 weeks * $4 = $3466

You forgot the insurance payment for the Z-71 :banhim:

Basically

Gas For Z-71 + Insurance on Z-71 > Gas For Hyundai + Insurance for Hyundai + Payment For Hyundai

To the tune of $19.34 a year (assuming $3.55 for gas, not $4)

Got pre-approved for a $280,000 mortgage w/ a $50,000 down payment today ... Yays :D

Buys you a two bedroom condo here, maybe, just maybe a 750sq. ft. house. Market is higher there, so, what are you looking at?

~2000 sq.ft house (2.5 bed, 1.5 bath, 2 floors) w/ 900 sq. ft shop, 2-car garage, and a small yard in town right beside a park and close to schools.

Sounds like a hella of a house man!!!! Congrats!!!!!

Is it in need of some repairs such as plumbing, or the roof? Cause things like that can be VERY costly

Roof just got done, plumbing is in progress as we speak.

We may actually end up getting a slightly cheaper house that's a little smaller, but brand new to save on taxes + we get a 10-year new home warranty.

If you kept the truck then your still paying for insurance. Did you also factor in maintanence items?

Still paying insurance but we dropped it all the way to barebones, low-mileage coverage

No, since the pretense of this was that it is cheaper to just keep driving what you have the only costs are the extra's associated with the new car.

Ramos,

I bought a Loc-R-Bar for the Ranger and the instructions say to use a 1 3/8" hole cutter for a drill. Basically I am not super excited about drilling into the gel coat since it is so purty. Any recommendations for me? Also, if you know of something better than the Loc-R-Bar it is returnable still, but I do want some extra protection for my rodz.

I have already done worse than that parking with the jeep. The car is 13 days old in that picture, sitting at one of our worst malls to park at, I parked all of the way in the back and I wanted as much room between my spot and the other spot.

I have already done my flex testing, I had the front passenger and rear drivers side tires up on ramps with the other two touching the ground already.

I hate retards that can't take decent notes at lectures. Who the fuck writes a whole semester "S" instead of "n" ? :madsign:
