looks like the Sundown 250.2 is getting pushed farther and farther back :(. I guess its a good thing I won't be running my 3 way front stage for a long time

Indeed, sorry! I want to have it for myself as well but other models that will bring more business have to come first.

Nope. Have not started prototype on them yet. The larger one (either 1600 or 1800, undecided) will be after the SAE-1200D, 800D, 50.4, and 75.2 models, though.

just got back from the junkyard, got the axles for the fiero, now i just need the e-brake cable setup and to finish the exhaust (has to be driven to the garage for that).

while i'm there the guy is showing me a set of 17" wheels he has with tires on them. the tires are the same i have on the stratus now and i have been extremely pleased with them. told me he'd let me have them for $175. They were like new but i'm not one to buy used tires. so i get my axles and on the way out check the wheel/tires and he says they'll fit the fiero. Here's where i realized he meant the wheels and tires for $175. one has some bad curb rash and one of the others has a little ring too. After driving about 5min back home i pulled a 180 and bought them.... he knocked the price down to $150 and i was on my way.

Not perfect by any means but i have a set of tires/wheels i can throw on the fiero now and they'll easily pass inspection and work until i get the suspension setup the way i want and everything aligned properly.

Finally, little Zachary brought home his report card. He quietly laid it on the table, went up to his room and hit the books.

With great trepidation, his Mom looked at it and to her great surprise, little Zachary got an "A" in math. She could no longer hold her curiosity. She went to his room and said, "Son, what was it? Was it the nuns?"

Little Zachary looked at her and shook his head, no. "Well, then," she replied, "was it the books, the discipline, the

structure, the uniforms? WHAT WAS IT ALREADY"

Little Zachary looked at her and said, "Well, on the first day of school when I saw that guy nailed to the plus sign, I knew they weren't fooling around."

hehehe....never gets old

While being bitched at one of our friends suddenly asks "What all did u get on ur report card?" "All F's she replies." VERY nonchilantly he says before taking a sip of Hieniken "Better call you teachers and tell em u just got your report card and to throw some D's on that bitch."

Tom: Do you guys have any actual building stuff for class or projects? Like here theres a vise lab where you cast and machine your own vise, theres a welding lab you can take, the solar car/formula1/baja/steel bridge all design and make all their own stuff, departmental labs you can get access to and what not.

That sounds amazingly awesome, but no, I haven't heard of anything like that here.

At the end of freshmen year, I asked my adviser about a welding class and he asked if I wanted to change my major :wtf:

good to hear steve. my work is actualyl cranking up, lol. also, with martial art training three days a week, i have little time for much else.

speaking of which, i will be testing for my yellow belt next tuesday. i can pass now, but he wants to wait until another student is more comfortable. that same student might not be the same after last night's sparring, lol. he cam at me with a jumping side kick thing, i plant a front kick right in his ribs, he lost his balance and BAM! crashed shoulder first on the floor. that floor is concrete with a 1/4" worth of plastic carpet, no mats yet. his shoulder swelled up huge! hope he's ok, but at the same time, lol, i was kinda stoked!!

and it's time for me to go. new victim tonight. he's already a yellow belt, but after our kata's and stuff, it's sparring time! hehe

wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :slayer:

Art :D

Heck, that's how I learned MIG...

VT does a bunch of stuff like that, at least large scale projects...Formula team, the trailerable solar home that went to DC, the computer-guided Ford Escape...
