Tom is a ME if I remember correctly, Jim is... not sure.... :)

yep, and either Travis or MK or both is also a ME (I think)

I don't know names here yet. Just usernames. Unless they are obvious, like mine for example!

ME? Mechanical?

Yep. ME is Mechanical Engineering

EE: Electrical engineering

IE: Industrial Engineers

CE: Civil Engineering

CH E: Chemical Engineering

NE: Nuclear Engineering.

Acidburn > Tom

Topgun > Ryan2

Tirefryr > Ryan1

JimJ > Jim

///M5 > Sean

MKader > Michael Kader (think its michael...)

ANeonRider > Scott

the list goes on...

I'm always out of the lists :(

:lol2:

motherpucker, I can't believe we're doing statistics in my Sensors and Controls class

it's easy as hell, but ridiculously stupid

:madsign:

Stats are easy. But time consuming. Whats the standard deviation of blah. and blah. That's about all I remember about statistics now.

But why are you doing stats from that class? How does it apply?

....I have no idea....

it's like we finished all of the S&C stuff so now we're doing bullshit

There are lots and lots of sensors you haven't covered yet I am sure. :(

I'd imagine for sensors and stuff you'd be concerned about distribution of observations, whether or not things are in control, going out of control, in specification, etc, etc...

Yeah makes sense.

Like where I used to work, there were machines that counted parts, possibly thousand an hour by dropping through an array of eyes and then packaged them. Pretty crazy stuff. Lock washers that were 1/4" in diam. and fell through the sensors and were counted. Not 100% accurate but accurate to +/-5%. Could use stats there given a certain batch and how accurate all the counts are.

It made sense in my head. I'm going on little sleep and having an even harder time going to bed now :lame:

EE here is calc 1-3, and Difficult Equations.

Basically you get raped with no lube.

Repeatedly.

Lol my buddy was going to Plattville for EE and ge said that the math required was a single course away from having a major in Math also.

Sounds like Physics

I gotcha. IS that in the MN area?

It sure is.

*I'm in Kansas though if you didn't know*

Party in MN......laaater

lol

At least you'll be here for summer and not the chitty winter!

Eh, snow doesn't bother me to much, long as I don't have to go outside and work in it I'm happy.

No snow sucks! I hate every aspect of snowfall. The cold, the slippery roads, having to start your car before you go anywhere, ice, cold everything

lol I am just too damn picky

A heated garage and snow tires makes it fun.

no iBASS FTL

No bass in the house FTL!

Bass is overrated, midbass however isn't.

Ca18's in sealed boxes = lacking a bit of midbass :(

Also, no money for plywood to build a pair of ported bookshelfs:(

I'm dying to hear them ported :D

Bigger sealed box?
