You guys are making me miss the Galaxy. As is one of my best friends who bought a 69 bird and proceeded to rip it off the frame week one and after just 3 weeks has it in primer already.

Speaking of vehicles, it is looking like it might be time to take out a little bigger student loan and buy myself a newer truck. My s-10 has had a HARD life and it seems to be on its last leg.

good morning...

man, my life just took another fucking flip. and it's my fault. i can't believe how stupid i can be at times, really. seems like all i'm about is throwing my life in the dumpster. one fuck up after another. jesus. good news is, it can be fixed. better news is, the first step is already taken, and the second step (the biggest part) happens today. i've got to get myself commited to those around me who are actually in it for me and with me, and not jsut for the ride. maybe things will completely turn around then.

anyway, hope all is well with everybody else.

wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :slayer:

is it just me, or do i sound like i'm feeling sorry for myself in that last post? if i do, i apologize. i'm not feeling sorry for me, nor am i asking anyone to either. i've just got to vent a bit, and hopefully writing this shit down will help me get shit sorted out in my head.

this place, and those in it, are about the only friends i have to confide in that won't try and turn it around or blast it to everybody else. though it's not like this is private either, lol....

man, i'm an idiot.

On this day in 1990, Microsoft released Windows 3.0. In 1969, Apollo 10's lunar module flew within 8.4 nautical miles of the moon's surface. In 1960, the most powerful earthquake ever recorded - a 9.5 on the Richter scale - rocked southern Chile. In 1906, the Wright brothers were granted U.S. patent number 821,393 for their "Flying-Machine." And in 1819, the SS Savannah left Georgia on a voyage to become the first steamship to cross the Atlantic Ocean. Happy Birthday to Apolo Anton Ohno (1982), Naomi Campbell (1970), Morrissey (1959), Tommy John (1943), "Unabomber" Theodore Kaczynski (1942), Bernard Shaw (1940), Johnny Olson (1910) and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (1859).
