yeah it's just easier to type over aim. But, whatever!!! Hmm it's been a long time since I've actually woken up this early. What is there to do? lol

nothing really, just woke up around 7:30. Hungry is what I am right now. Probably bout to get some scrambled eggs, turkey, and put it over some wheat bread with a couple slices of cheese.

lol.........yeah I do that after I eat though. I'm not really much of a morning person, even though I've been working out about an hour and half after I wake up. I might jog today, probably should get back into cardio, was kind of hoping the bike would be good enough though :P

I went to the gym on lunch...........i forgot how had calf raises can be.......could only throw a 45 and a 35 plate on there total......next time thats warm up and 45's on each side is reps

calves. Even when I was in shape I couldn't do a whole lot with legs. I mean I can't do chit now but back then I wasn't able to squat or deadlift much. now I can't for sure.

It's so sad how you go from being able to do three sets of 5, 185 pounds, down to 115 x 12. Sad yes I know. (this is my old bench press, and new.)

Speaking of calfs, I am finally getting mine back down to normal human size. It really gets old have bald spots on your calfs because they dig into your pant leg. I have not dont any heavy leg weights in a long time and it is paying off finally, getting some endurance back and able to trim down on size a little.

Sean, I need a new rim, and rear brake pads on my bike, any recommendations as to what brand to get? Also, any recommendations as to what brands to look at for upgrades for the rear brake assemebly, its a traditional style pads on the rim brake setup.

yeah I know, that's why I was asking if it's a good deal. I mean it's the "flagship" per-say of that model line. Seems like an amazing deal.

I haven't been able to work legs sence october.........I am slowly working it back up.............Bench I warm up with 10 reps of 95 and go up to 3 reps of about 145......10, 7, 5, 3..........I think I'mma start changing it up again here next mth.........See if I can find something that will leave me 'sore' longer..........

Calves used to be my pride and joy in H.S...........now they are sad, but slowly improving.

Yeah I mean someday I'll be in shape again it just sucks having to basically start all over and that's not even an exaggeration.
