OH, I remember what I was going to type now. It's for Aaron. I remember you saying you used nitro-tech as your protein of choice. You're not the only person I've heard saying it's amazing stuff so I went out and bought some today, along with more multi-vitamins. It doesn't taste that bad and it's only 120 calories per scope and you only need 1 or 2 anyways. Pretty good stuff, I like it so far. I'll have to give it a couple of weeks and see if it lives up to it's promise on the label .

Just thought I'd share that.

Very nice, but make sure you are keeping up with water intake. I support some shakes with glutamine and chromium picolnate too.

yeah I will, I try and drink 8 glasses a day. It actually doesn't taste bad i'm about to take a scoop right now with my breakfast

I dont know that unit yet. Good cardio today, 786 calories and did some chest. I am aiming to drop enough mass to get back down below 200. A much better crusing weight.

Damn....nice. I need to start running again. I just always had shin splints when I ran. I don't feel like dealing with that right now, haha. Been tryin to eat better and start back with protein intake so after a month or so I'll see how much it's helped. What kind of sucks though is I went down in bench press. How I did it I dunno but at least whenever I first went back to the gym I was able to do 135 15 times. I tried it the other day and I was only able to get it 5 times ..............I don't understand.

Don't have a clue, the radio in the Chevelle dosen't work and I'd like to find a schematic before I start tearing stuff apart. Although I may tear it apart then try to find a schematic to fix the thing.
