Gotta strip my car too. How does a rear deck full of drivers sound?

NO MORE MA AUDIO. I don't know what it is with this thing, bad RCA connections, or crossover problem, but no matter what, it is causing a huge phase issue and I cannot correct it with anything short of some type of electronic adjustment I do not have.

Although I cringe at setting up a turntable after a couple drinks...

"Yeah, that stylus looks good..." when it's 90 degrees off :D

Especially if I get to play bartender :)

I'll have a Captain and coke..........or Jack and coke your pick............

And the only reason i said that is beacuse i giuy here on base has his ish stolen from his 99 jeep..rag top. I just don't want to see you put in all this work in a cruck (read car+truck) and have some loser 17 yr old steal it from you and sell it for like 70 bones cause he doesn't know what it is.

That said back to work i go.......... :fing34:

As much as i hate bose these sound really good.

Sweet, if the pyramid doesn't work I will fab a fg diffuser and replace that shelf. Makes me feel better that other companies, even if it is blose are doing something similar. In my case it doesn't have to be super omnidirectional as the deck isn't that big, but wanted to provide some music for the yard as well which is behind the deck...dipoles would add too much cost and complexity for something that is going to rot outside.

Sean, I've got an idea on how to do the FG mold

put a single wooden dowel at the center of that bottom board and attach fleece around the edges, but not real tightly. then pour resin all over it and the weight of the resin should pull it down into a semi-parabolic-ish shape and presto, FG mold

might work, might not, i dunno :P
