Since you have no "finished" pics I assume that the stock door grill covered them just fine? Looks like a 3/4" baffle, any clearance troubles?

Stock grill covered just fine. That is 3/4" yes. Only mod was to make the door pannel holes 1/8" larger. Most drivers you wont have troubles though. Currenty I have the extremis in door with a 1/4" baffle they are an inch from the pannel.

Just got back from Homedepot and the arts supply store. Polyethylene sheeting for blocking the holes in the doors -- $6, and 2 lbs of non-hardening clay $7....at HD I had to buy a new router as mine bit the dust. Finally have a plunge router instead of a non, can't wait to use it.

told me to (in a loud patronizing voice) Just get some krazy glue hun. And I told him that you can't use regular glue for what I need (a rearview mirror that fell off) And he said yes you can (still talking to me like a dumbass) And I told him that you have to have special glue just for the glass.
