seriously. We found some organic garlic at Annie Kay's and we've put it on everything. I even put it in the marinara. Yum Yum garlic. I think I will make simple pasta salad today though. Since I have to go run the lottery balloon booth

Gnocchi isn't that scary to make. I haven't done it in a while (great Italian deli nearby that sells it as good as homemade), but it wasn't that hard.

this stuff isn't the least bit bitter I haven't had to do anything to it.

gnocchi is in my fancy cookbook Matt got me. Alessandro talks about it too and bot of them play it up like crazy lol.

The only part of the garlic that is bitter is the green chit growing in the middle when it ain't fresh enough.

If you don't want to do the salt water you can just coat them in kosher salt for a few minutes and the rub off--light rinse is okay too. Sometimes keeping it dry helps it absorb more flavor.

huh?  weed makes you clean or forget to?

Endless cycle for me as well, the only cure is to invite people over at least once a week.  Lately I have been slacking on that too.
