And jntar ... that song beat the piss out of my car.

My ears have been starting to hurt from cranking the uberwoofer a few times. No more of that, that's for sure. And to imagine that it's only at volume 23 of 35 on my Alpine with no clipping and it hurts to listen to ...

well...my day went from bad to worse..

first, as most of u know, i got laid off again...

then i go to the shop and they sold the box outa the salesman's durango. guess what he wants in his truck? yep, the 18" solo x, which has sat in the showroom for about 3 years until i built a box. now it sits in his durango because he basicly cried until i gave it up.

crybaby....

oh well, i'm supposed to get it back, but i'm not for sure i even want it..though it did sound pretty damn good and got stupid freakin loud!!!

so what u think? take it back when he gets a new box built? or just do something different?

i got two boxes built yesterday. took an extra hour cause i missed a cut by 1/4"... ugh

both boxes were for friends. 3.5ft^3 with 35in^2 port tuned to 34hz for a pair of Vega Vega 12"s.

3.7ft^3 with 43in^2 port tuned to 38hz for a DD3515.
