No snow here just a bit windy and cold.

Im not at 2000ft ( where it started to snow at).

No heater at work so it was like 60* inside.

Damn, I had to skip 100 posts because time is too short. Such nice weather the past couple days.

Came home yesterday and went to get the Cobra out. She no would fire. No sound from the fuel pump, and zero pressure. Played around with that for a couple hours and spent another 2 looking for a key for my scanner so I could run some tests on it. Can't find that sucker and it's $80 for a replacement. Damn. Time to pull the tank down and test manually.

Today I worked on my buddy's Trailblazer. I have to give Chevy an A+ because it's almost like they designed this vehicle exactly for this install. IT's working out so well, and this is turning out to be my favorite install ever from and ease standpoint. It's like everything is just falling into place. Gotta love that!

Well, I'm off to the woman's for some lovely oral examination.

Night all!

the weather here was very nice, come to find out after I had pulled out my cleaning supplied and uncovered the sled that my front water valve is seized

worked on the babies room a little more today, all we have left is a few small things and packing the hospital bags, kinda stinks at work because there is alarge deadline for a big project and I might be out during the final days of development... :(

the mountaineer needs new muffler hangers and I think it has a valve tap, between the low roar of the exhaust/the exhaust clang from worn out hangers/possible valve tap/noisey Eddlebrock shocks, you can hear it coming a ways away even rolling in neutral, makes me nervous, dont want to deal with motor replacement on that beast..

I think my coils came dislodged some how, looking at the coil through the frame of the sub, it dosen't look fried. It shows absolutly signs of heat damage or anything. If a coil is dislodged, is it possible to fix it??

Thanks

Or was it just when you were going 80-85 tongue.gif

Mostly :D

Basically hanging on for dear life at that point.

65-70 is where it likes to go for long distances.

Def needs shocks then. After 170k I finally yanked off the stock set for some Rancho's and it made my beater feel brand new. Of course, I tow my boat faster than that for long distances.

Sitting on the couch is all I feel like doing. Put on 100mi on the sled yesterday mostly on bumpy atv trails, really feel like sitting and have a lot to do. Maybe I will look for a new truck....

Steve posting pix of his car work. A miracle is upon us. :P

p10004820sy.th.jpg

It's black grille cloth ... I'm color blind, but in the pictures (with flash) it looks sort of purple to me.

Don't worry about the wires, they're not there anymore.

It blends with the interior better than in the picture.

When walking by, I didn't want to be able to see them from the outside - even if you had to take a double take. Can't see them from the outside, so I'm happy.

Also real happy that I was able to stretch the material without having to fold it over or have it bunched up somewhere.

I'll finish off the drivers side tomorrow.

[Longshot]

Anyone know the song where the singer(male) has a deep, almost gospel type voice ... sings pretty slow ... "chemical" might have something to do with the title or artist. Fairly slow song as well. Heard it in the gym the other day and overheard someone commenting on the song and only got "chemical" out of it.

nice kicks Steve.

yea I got drunk and yakked twice. slight hangover but i'm good. very crazy night to say the least. so my friend (who we'll call Bob) who's been at west point for 3 years came to the party. these weird asian gangster wannabes came. well the asian gangsters were hitting on/dancing with mine and Bob's 2 female friends, so Bob was being protective and kept pulling them away from the gangsters. so the gangsters go pissed, so while Bob was peeing, the gangsters came in and socked him in the face. Bob then punched one of the gangsters back. Then the gangster pulls out a gun and cocks it. Then my other friend Billy breaks it up and everyone gets the gangsters to leave. some time goes by and most of the people leave, but then one of the gangsters (not the one with the gun) comes back to apologize. then he says that he wants Bob to apologize to the dude with the gun, who's outside. he tries to assure us that the dude doesnt have the gun anymore, but seriously who the puck would trust him. everyone finally gets him to leave and that was the end of the pucked up night.

all i wish was that those douches weren't strapped, cuz they woulda got pucked up.
