I seen a nice set of 20" wheels I really like today.  I decided to check them out so I rolled one beside the drivers side front wheel.

Looks like I'll finally be putting the CST lift on, or saving for 24's ... because 20's look really, really small for some reason.

with some 55's on 20's they dont look to bad since there is still a bit of meat on the sidewall.

It was prob 50* or so here today. And it rained.

I finally cleaned up the amprack and I took pix, but the only problem is I can't take pix in the dark because: they're blurry if I leave flash off, or it's not in the dark anymore if I turn flash on. What to do?

get a tripod or atleast rest the camara on something so it stays steady

Has anyone looked at the new Alpine amps ?

They actually look pretty good IMO. As for the H/U's i cant say the same...boo

I like them too. I ever like the new Xplod amps. Very nice looking. I wish they could entail some former design cues from the likes of even the ES models from the early 90s.

The new Xterminators are sweet as well. Much better looking than the IS...blech !

Do you guys think 1 2.25" port is enough for my e8a ?

If i use 2 i'll have to tune to 40hz since they arent that long and going with a larger port diameter still causes the same problem....high tuning.

A 2.25" port is pretty darn small for an 8, not that I have heard the eD's but when you see the Rli asking for 15sqin only giving yours 4sqin doesn't seem like it would cut it to me

You can then always have some crazy contraption port extender you could "plug in" to the port you already have. 3 way tuning: sealed, 40 Hz, and 28Hz.

Buying a new TV tomorrow ... but I need to decide whether or not I'm going to go the cheap route (27" Sony Wega, keep current TV stand) or the expensive route (30" or more widesceen HDTV + new TV stand) ... The 27" Wega will end up being well under $400 after taxes whereas the HDTV route is going to cost me at least $900 and a lot more effort ... Plus, I can do a lot with $500+, so I think I'm going to end up going the 27" route then upgrading to an LCD in a few years because they'll both improve and come down in price considerably in that time frame ...

GF wants to go with the 50" Sony Wega LCD Projection TV from Costco for $2300 (which, BTW, is $500 less than Futureshop plus it includes a stand), but I'd rather put that money towards something more important (school or new car) ...

50" is a bit much, you could definetly get away with something smaller.

Is ebay canada a no go ?

Im shure you could find a better deal online than in a shop.

Like ive said numerous times before....ive never needed to use a warranty and when i did it was long gone. Its not something I really "compare"
