The alpine is nice, but it doesnt have but 5 band EQ, so the external processor would be needed.  You do know that the h701 can be used with any HU, not just an alpine.

Yea, but I would prefer a HU that matches with the controller.

I'll probably buy the RTA system first, see how well I can tune the FR with my crappy 13band EQ. Then if necessary, get the H701, then 9835 if I feel like it.

sleep is a luxury i cannot afford, i'm studying for the final now, then once i finish it, hopefully about...8:30, i can start home, make it home about 11 and pass out till 2006 insert beer somewhere in that...after final but before 2006

holy pucking god, i bombed my sexuality exam pretty hardcore. 68, i should have probably studied more than i did. the good news is my overall is still an 81 B-...i wish she'd just do a B but oh well that really helps pull up the GPA

Nice choices. I'm currently using/will use 20ft raammat, 3yds ensolite foam, 60ft of god forsaken eDead v.1 and v.1se, and 1gal SS spectrum.
