How would they enforce that, though?

At some point, it's the bidder's responsibility to pay attention, and call the seller out if the prices are way out of line.

It's the first thing I check when I see a cheap BIN. IT's just ridiculous though. You think you're getting a deal on something, but they try to screw youon shipping. In the end, it's not even worth the hassle to Ebay on a lot of things.

x...eleventybillion?

I don't know...Ebay's worked out really great for me with some deals. Like the Forte II's...the damn things look like they rolled off the factory floor yesterday, and they were built over 12 years ago. Or all the various other stuff I've bought and sold over the years.

The few times I've been screwed have actually been going through regular forums, not on Ebay. And only once have I not been able to get my money back...

I "pad" my shipping costs when I ebay something. But that's mainly as a way to recoup the $5-$10 ebay fee :)

I WILL NEVER EBAY AGAIN WITHOUT AN EXACT WEIGHT AND DIMESNIONS.

I learned from my Hawaii mistake.

I don't pad at all. Insurance is optional.

actually, I add $1.50 is I have to buy a box to pack it in. Which is rare.

WTF....why is this forum so dead here lately?

Elias help me figure out where to mount the amps in the car.

Go flush mount or go home.

As for technical discussions, yeah - someone tell me the ideal stuffing density for a mass loaded transmission line for 4.5" drivers :D

Or at least tell me where to find a polyfill-like stuff that's relatively flat (1/2" thick or so) so it can be tacked to the inside of an enclosure?

kthxbye.

you really wanna meet up for dBDrag finals brad?

As of now I have full intentions of making it over there for atleast one day of the festivities. And if you are going to be there aswell, I would indeed like to meet you in person.

Just listening to the Klipsch's off the NAD 3020...yeah yeah, solid-state power for now, but at least it's vintage SS :D

Damn, the bass on these things are great...definitely more than what I'm used to for a set of towers. Guess the 12" front firing driver and the 15" PR, not to mention the corner loading, helps that :D Not just the low bass, but the midbass as well...

I can't pucking wait to get the 2A3's on these.

Apparently, the 6BQ5 amp is sitting at home, because they decided to send it to my NC address...:(

Hopefully if I talk to Dave E. this weekend, I could get the cabs finished for that amp, and have it working by next weekend :D
