Morning to you. Hey, how fast is your car, how many hP, torque. My friend just came back off leave, he says he threw a whole bunch of parts at his SRT4 and is up to 425hp. He's having more parts thrown at it as we speak.

And I just wanna get home so I can buy some audio. Is it wrong to car shop thinking about the system and other things?

It's pretty much stock, and I've never had it on the dyno yet. Also a very late TOP^

Vegas Baby! :fing34:

Thats what I've been leaning towards.. I've been, she hasnt.

A friend here just pointed out that it's the 100th birthday of vegas apparently... that'll kick it up a notch or two.

i'll have to buy a ring before i buy plane tix though..

I'd really like an island vacation, but I dunno about hawaii and the caribiean is obviously out for the next couple of months.

probably jsut run around with no beats for awhile...but dammit...when this damn hurrican breaks, i'll be riding, not driving, so i'll have lots of time...

anybody got an amp and subs they wanna trade for an 18" solo x??

and box that'll fit in an suv...

wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :slayer:

I could tell You all about a box for a trailblazer. :)

i haven't put a tape to it yet, so i dunno if it will fit the TB, but the box it's in works real well in a durango..lol...and the wifey did make mention of putting it in the TB.....

what would be kewl..make a totally removeable competition setup in the TB...amps, batteries and sub...including using a source unit outside the vehicle...then be able to revert back to jsut the rl-p and nemesis for daily....

wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :slayer:

and yes I am surprised that dropping the face once would damage it that bad, I've dropped many things including other faces and they held up MUCH better than that...

It's funny how that works. I had one of the original Nextel phones and it was a rock. I sweat it weighed about 4lbs. I used to drop it and throw it all the time and nothing would happen to it. Then one day I dropped it off a coffee table onto some carpet and the thing literally exploded into pieces. It was probably the easiest drop of its life yet BOOM.

iirc (best i can do atm)Cargo area:

Windowline height: 17" (side) 19" (rear)

Rear seat shoudler levvel (not counting headrest:: 21"

From rear seat bottom to tailgate: 33"

Rear seat top to tailgate: 31"

Width wheel well to wheel well: 47-48"

Wall to wall width: 52-53"

At one point I had a 14 cube box in there that was below the window line and slid right in / out.

The storage compartment on the psgr side is ~0.16 cubes, the storage compartment on the drvr side is just about perfect for a pair of CDT Satnet 468 xovers & wiring. The storage bin in the middle of the floor is Just Perfect for an Orion 8002 / 8004 with 4ga wiring (grounded on the psgr side wall of that little bin).

46-49 hz pwns.

$0.02

It's very easy to make it all removable. I had a 5.0ft net box & a rack for two 2500D's & 2 batts in there and had ~7"s between them & the tailgate.

As far as the HU, extend a 14-16ga +, -, rem lead from the amp's location and short run of RCA's under the drvr rear panel and out through the a.) gas cap b.) trailer wiring hole [left of center above the step of the rear bumper].

Simply plug in the HU at the rear and burp, or whatever. Put a small amperage switch inline on the 'daily' HU to kill it's remote lead.

Anyways... I am revamping my website since I have the time now... and need everyones good links to audio sites :) If someone wants to start me a seperate thread for this, that would be excellent (since I can't start my own right now).
