I literally just wanted to know exactly what you meant by living it up. I'm a stressed out college student and I'm seriously open for ideas to ChiLL. But evidently I'm a dick and a douchebag. Kind of hypocritical.

i'm sick of you people talking shit about me when you don't even know me

you guys look at the cover of everything and just go from there. try to see whats inside for once.

I understand if other people talk shit about you, but don't take that hostility out on someone who is having their first interaction with you. Take your own advice.

alright man. i hear ya Jake. usually when i just let go i sit back and have a few (alot) of beers and listen to stuff that i don't usually listen to. the stuff you have deep inside you that some people may find weak. i play the shit out of it and try to let others enjoy the same feeling i get from it. i mostly listen to hardcore gangster rap and stuff like that, but when i let in a just wannna be free i play the softer stuff like alot of you see on here. this is the stuff that just takes me away from life and all of the troubles outside. this music is freedom for me

ChIll, I think ya need to chill yourself. There is no darker side to the people here. If anything the people here want to see you be a success and be happy. You come in here upset, and drunk half the time, and then cock off to people. So of course people will bite back. As for spamming videos no one told you that you can't. It would be nice if you posted the page you start your spam and the page you end it. That has been the rule here for a loooooooooooooong time.

Why should an established group of people who make this a welcoming place change all their views and ways just because you feel shunned? No one banned you, or gave you personal put downs. As for little jokes, cowboy up. We can't be as bad as your boss or anyone else in the RL who is a prick.

The last option.....If you don't like it here leave. We would rather you just be happy and be chill.

the lyrics behind the music, thats what counts.

For me, sometimes it is the lyrics and sometimes it isn't. Some people think songs with no lyrics cause the musicians to get their ideas across a more soulful medium. Those people commonly think that lyrics take away from the ambiguity of the music (Tchaikovsky for example). Lots of song writers also feel like they can get their emotions across more accurately with an instrument as it's capable of doing things that human vocal chords simply can't.

However, I am a huge fan of vocalists. I absolutely love good singers. To me, the lyrics themselves don't really matter that much to me. But I totally understand if anyone does. I'm a huge fan of music. It's by far my favorite art form.

This is one of songs that chills me out the most and I can listen to no matter what.

I'm sorry we got off on the wrong foot

damn, you guys are really boring. spice up your lives. live a little. let go and give in

And what do you know about our lives that makes you think we are boring and need spicing up? I'd say that based on the fact that you get hammered by yourself and post 4 pages of music videos and talk to yourself on an internet forum, it would appear that your life is the one that needs spicing up.

I personally go out with friends almost every night after work for dinner or drinks. My friends who see me every day would tell you I am far from boring. I am actually the life of the party. In my youth, I was a drug dealer, a salesman, and as such I was always the life of the party, and I still am... although I am no longer a drug dealer, and as a recovered addict I don't touch drugs.

i know sandt38 could use a little vasaline. he's a bit anal about what i play. atleast Sean just says "yuk" and maybe others listen along. Stefan is turning out to be an 80yr old and not liking to have fun either. just ChILL

What are you saying about me personally? I have never made a single statement about the music you post. I have, however, made statements about the sheer number of unanswered drunken solo rambling and videos that you post. I personally like almost every form of music, except rap and country (my collection consists of everything from classical and jazz, to death metal).

i'm ready to take it from you all tonight. i'm sick of you people talking shit about me when you don't even know me. you piss me the fuk off. i don't even care anymore. i use to come in here with a smile and like what i seen, but then i seen the darker side of you guys and it just pisses me off. Dem Beats is a cool ass dude and i could talk to that guy, but alot of you guys are so f'in tight i'm surprised your not up your own asses. you guys look at the cover of everything and just go from there. try to see whats inside for once. the lyrics behind the music, thats what counts. who gives a fuk if i post up a bunch of tunes some night, listen to them if you like otherwise just scroll past them. you act like swiping your finger down and clicking the next page is so hard to do." OMG i have to work." WHO CARES???? just chill for a second and take it in. life isn't always on the go, there are slow relaxing moments to it. the timmes i post music are my moments that i can sit back and relax. when you post dumb shit do i go and tell you how stupid you are? "no, because i don't do stupid shit" because you uptight and need to relax.

Those bolded statements are loaded with irony.

You know nothing about any of us to make those assumptions. And we know nothing of you to make assumptions either. But I know I personally (and it appears a few others here as well), know bullshit when I see it, and I call it out. I also know that when I wake up in the morning and jump online I get tired of page after page of drunken solo rambling and constant reposts of the same videos we see posted by you when you get drunk, even though your tolerance is beyond human measure. I don't want to have to skip over all that crap in order to look for posts that might have some meaning or interest to me. You may think that we are boring and need to spice up our lives, but it appears that when we get drunk, we are out with friends having a good time... not sitting at home in a dark room drinking a case of beer and posting on a forum by ourselves half the night.

A zener allows a backfeed if the voltages are too high. The rectifier should handle the AC. there should be no backfeed after the rectifier converts it to DC, unless the output voltage is skewed by a bad rectifier.

And without a zener it'll surely back feed.

I realize somehow I am making this impossible for you to help....but it ISN'T on purpose, lol.

Take an AC feed that is regulated to 12v AC. Run it into two things:

1) Rectifier

2) 2 wire LED Tail Light & Brake Light

Take output of the Rectifier (through brake handle) and connect it to:

2) 2 wire LED Tail Light & Brake Light

Idea is that the LED works as a diode (half bridge rectifier) and runs at 12/2=6v (peak) * .7 (RMS) = 4.2V DC for a Running light

When you apply brake lever, it kicks the 12v DC onto the same line as the half bridge rectified AC. Providing another 12v DC to the line making the light brighter as a brake light than a tail light.

My concern is that the AC output that is going to the tail light will back feed into the rectifier since it is wired in parallel thus destroying the rectifier. If the output of the rectifier has a zener diode that can reject 12v AC then it is no problem. If it doesn't then I buy a new rectifier.

My assumption is that the rectifier is idiot proof since it is on a snowmobile, but not sure that I want to test it with a $40 oops.

This solution requires absolutely no re-wiring or adjustments. The other option of course is to use the rectifier output for the taillight and build a voltage divider to make it less power before the brake light is applied. This is way more work than just changing the connection of one wire that happens to already be in the right connector...

Is that more clear?

Problem is paralleling DC & AC after the rectifier and maybe then damaging it.

I see where you are coming from now. Does the LED have a Zener incorporated into it? It would seem to me that it should, if it is intended to function this way
